Cancellation and Refund Policy
PLEASE READ THIS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE RETURN OF SERVICES AND REFUNDS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR HOTEL SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OUR SITE OR TRANSACTING WITH HOTEL PNR’S PARADISE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED BELOW.
1. Applicability
This Return and Refund Policy applies solely to cancellations, changes, and refunds related to room bookings, hotel services, and related transactions with Hotel PNR’s Paradise.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rate Bookings:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
- Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Bookings made under discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable, regardless of the time of cancellation.
- Group Bookings or Events:
- For group reservations or event bookings, cancellation terms will be defined in the specific booking contract. If no specific terms are provided, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the event to be eligible for a partial refund (subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking value).
3. Early Departures
- Guests departing before their scheduled check-out date are not eligible for refunds for the unused portion of their stay, except in cases of emergencies (as determined by hotel management).
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment:
- Online Payments: Amount will be refunded to the same account or card used for the transaction.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account upon providing valid account details.
- Cash Payments: Refunds (if applicable) will be provided in the form of a cheque or bank transfer.
5. Modifications to Bookings
- Booking modifications (e.g., date changes) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
- Additional charges may apply if the modification involves a rate change or higher room category.
6. No-Show Policy
- If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
7. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, Hotel PNR’s Paradise reserves the right to:
- Adjust cancellation terms.
- Offer rescheduling options without additional charges (subject to availability).
8. General Terms
- Refunds will not be issued for incorrect information provided during booking (e.g., wrong dates or guest details).
- Hotel PNR’s Paradise is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by third-party travel agents or booking platforms. Refund requests must be processed directly through the platform used for booking.
